Postage and packing is charged at cost, so you pay whatever NZ Post charges us, plus the cost of carefully packaging your order so it arrives in perfect condition.

Our strict privacy policy means we will never give or sell any personal information you submit to us to anyone else.

You can order online using a Visa or Mastercard.

We use the latest encyption technologies to ensure the security of your credit card details when they are transmitted to us, and we don't keep an electronic record of your credit card anywhere once we have processed it.

The ordering process:

1. Click "Add to Shopping Cart" when you've found the product you want.
2. You'll be taken to your shopping cart. Either click "Continue Shopping", or
3. Select your shipping destination. Your postage will now be calculated and displayed.
4. Fill out delivery details and click Submit.
5. You'll be redirected to our secure SSL credit card page (this will look different from the rest of the website, and you'll see a padlock at the bottom of your browser window indicating the webpage is secure).
6. Enter your card details and click "Submit."
7. You'll see a confirmation message.
8. We'll email you a confirmation that your order has been received...
9. ...and we'll send another confirmation when your order has been dispatched.
